When they first launched the Unicorn,I was in the impression that”this” is the company to look out for. But,alas, this is an another company which came in here “just” for volumes.I have lost the respect I had for this company i.e the Indian subsidy of Honda.Nothing wrong with them launching this bike, which looks promising, but they are going backwards when it comes to products.

100cc and 125cc is where the vloumes are and sales figures are largely dominated by these segments.

With the launch of XCD and Yamaha Gladi rs and ss the shine almost lost its shine.

This ws an abvious move from Honda to retain its market share.

Wait for some time, we can surely expect 250cc + bikes from honda soon.

Also expect a bike from Honda to take on the challenge from R15.

I'm not saying that, this launch has no importance, but talk of enthusiasts, and the company has nothing up its sleeve.Even the unicorn, with that smooth engine and monoshock,is not a riders delight.

I sure wish Honda would sell this bike in the US. We don't have small sportbikes like this available here for in city rips throught the streets. If we do they usually are of poor quality and made in China. Honda should be able to build and sell bikes like the Stunner with their reputation for high quality here, oh, I have a CB900F and it will run all day at 140 mph but how often do we take a chance on losing our license going that fast? Hardly ever! Enjoy what you have available as it's most probably cheap to insure and fuel up. Lucky folks in India!!!
