grrr...chor log....TVS is copycat of bajaj...first the DTSI now the feul injection and also the rear disk brakes.....frankly guys save some more money and get a pulsar.Beware TVS launches its bikes on lousy pencil thin TVS tyres(for a better average of course) which skid on literally everthing.....MRF zappers you get in 200 cc+ pulsars are really good and they are tubless.

Well cant say that TVS is a chor , but much better than H.honda who is just doing sticker job all the past few year. I guess its the bikkers who are going to benifit out of this war.

@darth:
It was just a matter of time that carburettors had to make way for FI systems. If TVS is a "chor" then the same can be said of Bajaj also, as Hero Honda was the 1st company to launch FI in it's glamour motorcycle.How about that?
Besides, TVS motorcycles are the best-performing bikes in their category(150 cc class) and with FI, we can only expect things to get better. Kindly go through the technical specifications of RTR, and you'll instantly know that TVS has done so much more than just a "head-polishing" job.
As for the tyres, I agree with you that TVS tyres are no match for zappers, and I myself had changed the tyres on my own bike. Funny thing is, nowadays Bajaj has started shipping pulsars with TVS tyres!! But sticking to zappers is the best option, as far as 150 cc bikes go. Dont be too keen on pulsar 200/220 rear tyres, coz they are 120/80 profile, a bit too HEALTHY for a 150 cc class bike:)
